Culture / Paradigms are a multitude of habits. Habits are expressed as behaviours without any conscious through. To create a new result thats permanent, must establish new habits. It is therefore the responsibility and choice when individuals & teams take responsibility for their life & results.

A paradigm is caused by genetics & environmental influences that we allow to alter our thinking which causes behavioural patterns & in turn our results. To change your results you must be willing to change your thinking and behaviours through habit and auto-suggestion. Change your paradigm (habits) and you change how you create your results.

In corporate culture, any change to organisations should be changed simultaneously by change of attitude of its members. Supported and encouraged and modelled by its leaders. People change when its their choice, otherwise they will not change!

Culture is a paradigm and it is influenced by attitudes (thoughts, feelings & actions) of its people. To shift a paradigm: identify results to improve; results are based on the image & visualisation and habits present.

When considering corporate culture, to change an individual or teams results and raise the bar (lift sales revenue, increase productivity etc), there must be an improvement on the bottom line: change the culture. People operate with individual paradigms & come together to form a team – corporate paradigm (culture).

To change team culture:

  1. Identify team habits
  2. Choose 1 or 2 that want transformation
  3. Work towards consistently forming the new habit.

Results are dependent on your paradigm (culture) to change your results, you need to change your habirs, take control of your circumstances, environment & condition.
