With seasons changing, I always take the opportunity to ‘Reflect, Review and Refine and get really clear on what my goals are, how my results are looking and what needs tweaking to get me closer to my desired results. The same is done in corporate companies at the end of their quarterlies…but how much does your team review their results, reflect on the actions taken and really get clear, refining their processes?

 

Essentially, getting back to basics as a team is essential. What are your team values and how are they aligning with your company goals:

 

Teams need to know that what they think will manifest. Not only their thoughts, but how they feel and act in each transaction projects out and attracts that which they are in harmony with.

 

So, as we really get prepared for the end of the season and quarterly, let’s get focused:

 

1 / Know what are key things the team  want to achieve out of their transactions and  and end points. Becoming very clear about what they truly want above all else and from here making it simple and easy to repeat. Making it easy to repeat that focused goal will allow them to repeat and call it to mind easily and help them visualise and bring it to mind. This means, your team must be focused each day on know where they’re going and why.

 

2 /  Setting up good work routines in work life, allows for juggling the elusive ‘work-home-general life’ balance.  Building habits of awareness and focus on goals, comes from teams being committed to goals and knowing that the opposite of the current experience is always going to be greater than they are currently experiencing.

 

3 / We need to encourage our team to think of fantastical style goals, so that their imagination is prompted into action, they become emotionally involved; working towards something they feel alive in and willing to take risk and action. By encouraging team members to be focused continuously will result in them being more open to take action and be open to opportunities that present themselves.

 

So as we ‘Reflect, Review and Refine’, what will worked well last quarter? What is there still do and what will your team adjust to improve and create a greater result this next season?
